CV Application Process
High School Applicants
The application for the Fall 2022 cohort of the Collegium V Honors Program is now open. The application deadline is December 1, 2021 by 11:59 PM CT. Before starting the application, please make sure you have the following ready:
- Your UT Dallas NetID.
- A list of AP, IB, and Dual Credit coursework. Include any available scores and grades. Also, include any coursework that is in-progress or that you plan to complete in the Spring 2022 semester.
- A short description or list of awards and extra-curricular activities (limit 100 words each).
Responses to the following essay prompts.
- How will you use the opportunities offered in Collegium V (CV) to develop intellectually? Specifically, how will you contribute to the diverse intellectual communities within CV? (500-word limit)
- Please describe something you are proud of that does not appear on your resume or transcript. (250-word limit).
Students are required to have submitted two letters of recommendation as part of their application to UT Dallas. These letters will be used to when evaluating your CV Application; letters cannot be submitted directly to Collegium V. Please see this website for information on how to submit supplemental letters of recommendation to your UT Dallas application.

Current Student Applicants
The application for current UT Dallas students will be available beginning in March 2022. To apply, freshmen students must be completing their second semester at UT Dallas as a FTIC (first-time in college) student.
The application deadline for current students will be May 1, 2022 and decisions will be sent out after final grades for the Spring 2022 term have posted.
